Double Cheddar
Our double cheddar didn’t get its name for being double the boldness and creaminess of other cheddar cheeses (although it probably is). It’s because it’s made with a mix of Wisconsin extra sharp cheddar and Vermont sharp white cheddar to create the perfect blend of rich, creamy goodness. These thick-cut, extra delicious shreds go great in a steamy-hot pot of mac and cheese, or sprinkled on top of a hot baked potato, fresh from the oven. Our double cheddar can turn home cooking into something straight from a restaurant kitchen.
